Previously, I built and led the in-house production studio at Cronin, overseeing agency-wide production operations across broadcast, digital, social, and experiential. I delivered standout work for a diverse client portfolio—from household-name brands to emerging businesses—while streamlining workflows and raising the bar on craft and efficiency.
